Swatch Group Services

The Swatch Group Services Ltd is Swatch Group’s logistics, distribution, IT and corporate customer service company. Formed with the objective of providing worldwide support to Swatch Group’s companies in their efforts to supply customers with products in a more rapid, reliable and cost-effective way, it comprises the following divisions:

  • Swatch Group Logistics, responsible for the development of Swatch Group’s integrated global supply chain information and management system.
  • Swatch Group’s European Distribution Center (EDC), which handles several million items a year
  • Swatch Group IT Services, integrated in 2011 and dedicated to the management and development of IT in the company.
  • Swatch Group Corporate Customer Service, a division dedicated entirely to customer service activities, acting in close coordination with the customer services of the various Swatch Group brands and subsidiaries around the world.
