Ernst Tanner est le nouveau vice-président du Conseil d’administration de Swatch Group
Bienne (Suisse), 29 juin 2011 – Au cours de la réunion d’aujourd’hui, le Conseil d’administration de Swatch Group a élu Monsieur Ernst Tanner, président et délégué du Conseil d’administration du Groupe Lindt & Sprüngli SA, vice-président du Conseil d’administration. Monsieur Ernst Tanner est membre du Conseil d’administration de Swatch Group depuis 1995. Il succède à Monsieur Dr Peter Gross, qui s’est retiré lors de l’Assemblée générale de cette année pour des raisons d’âge.

Biel (Schweiz), 29. Juni 2011 – Der Verwaltungsrat der Swatch Group hat anlässlich der heutigen Sitzung Herrn Ernst Tanner, Präsident und Delegierter des Verwaltungsrates der Lindt & Sprüngli-Gruppe, zum neuen Vizepräsidenten des Verwaltungsrates gewählt. Herr Ernst Tanner ist seit 1995 Mitglied des Verwaltungsrates der Swatch Group. Er übernimmt die Funktion von Herrn Dr. Peter Gross, welcher auf das Datum der diesjährigen Generalversammlung altershalber zurückgetreten ist.
