Biel / Bienne (Switzerland), December 28, 2007 – The Swatch Group Ltd increases its participation in the watch retail chain Xinyu in China.

The Swatch Group Ltd. informs that it has increased its participation in Xinyu Hengdeli Holdings Ltd. from 7.25% to 8.09%.

Xinyu Hengdeli Holdings Ltd. is the largest watch retail chain in China. It is quoted at the Hong Kong stock exchange.
