Swatch Group Share Repurchase Program – Reporting Notice to the Disclosure Office of the SWX in accordance to article 9 in connection conjunction with article 17 of the SESTO-SFBC.

Biel / Bienne (Switzerland), February 18, 2008. With the acquisition of own shares in the context of the published share repurchase program the Swatch Group Ltd, Biel, exceeded with it's last transaction dated February 13, 2008 the threshold of 10% voting rights. The purchase took place on the publicly observable separate trading line.
