Job description

  • Preparation and coordination of international and local events & exhibitions (from large international events through to local Boutique activities)
  • Creation and execution of international events & exhibitions guidelines
  • Visualization of events & exhibitions ideas/concepts
  • Creation of event materials (save the date, invitations, information leaflets etc.)
  • Follow up of local activations in the markets to ensure OMEGA’s luxury brand image
  • Creation of customized and market specific event solutions

Profile

  • Marketing / Design background, specialising in event management
  • 3 years of experience in a similar position within an international luxury company or agency
  • Bachelor degree in Arts & Design
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite and Design tools (Sketchup Autocad, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
  • Strong organisational skills, meet deadlines
  • Creative and flexible mind with a good team spirit
  • Fluent in English
