Job description

In order to reinforce the Logistics team at its Headquarters in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, SWATCH is currently searching for a new

CUSTOMER COORDINATOR 100%

 

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Order processing based on orders received via Liros, SRS, SAP or Email
  • Check the orders (delivery date, quantity, address etc…)
  • Check the availability of the ordered goods and inform the Customers accordingly
  • Standard treatment of incoming orders in the system and send order confirmation to the Customers
  • Generate deliveries according to the availability of the products and shipment plan
  • Negotiate delivery dates with the Customers
  • Maintain good relationships with the Customers
  • Support the Customers countries with every inquiry (deliveries, transport etc…)
  • Coordinate all Customer inquiries with the concerned departments (Sales, Procurement, Planning, Stock, Invoicing, controlling etc…)
  • Monitor all open orders for the allocated product lines, assign the stock entries based on Customers’ backlogs
  • Analyse & monitor the goods ‘distribution, HQ product stock and future stock entries
  • Participate in different meetings regarding the allocated product lines
  • Substitute team members in case of absence and replace during holidays
  • Additional tasks depending on the workload during high and low season related to the Logistics department

Profile

  • Good communication skills
  • Able to maintain good relationships with various, multi-cultural partners
  • Good stress management and organisation skills

Professional requirements

  • Commercial background
  • Experience in order processing
  • Advanced in Excel, knowledgeable in PowerBI, SAP and other analytical skills are a plus

Languages

In addition, you possess excellent communications skills and are fluent in French and English, German and Italian are a plus.
