Job description

SWATCH is  hiring!!

To manage the online point of sale of the brand and collect the needs or demands of customer request of information through this channel

You will report to Brand Manager and HQ Digital Department about Sales, traffic, campaign, conversion rate and several KPIs.

Analyze and follow up SEO, SEM campaigns and newsletters.

Direct contact with E-commerce Department in Swiss to guarantee the perfect optimization and running of the e-store.

To communicate special sales and new models launches.

Driving daily operations: manage orders, payment methods, shipping, refunds, guarantees and other incidents.

Customer service and support, to resolve doubts, incidents, manage product returns, collaborating as a link between the Brand and the customer

Cooperate with other departments: marketing, Sales, It, Logistics in different administrative task and duties

Profile

Bachelor's or Master Degree in Digital Marketing & Sales or Business Administration.

Market Places sales Knowledge.

Analytical mindset, well organized person, result oriented, confident and proactive.

Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially in Excel, SAP, Magento (CMS), Calleo (CRM), Analytics, Fraud tools, Saleforce.

Ability to work in as part of an entrepreneurial team and handle multiple tasks in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

Willingness to lead, own and roll up sleeves to get things done.

Professional requirements

1 year of previous relevant experience in ecommerce and retail sector

Candidates must have a strong understanding of the interactive/digital space with desire for continual learning.

 

 

 

Languages

  • Excellent communication skills - speaking, writing, presenting and negotiating both, English and Spanish.
  • Professional proficiency in English (required).
  • Other languages will be a plus.
