Area Sales Manager

Job description

1. Achieve annual sales target of W/S POS in both quantitative and qualitative targets

  • Responsible for managing and controlling sales target
  • Basel order handling
  • Routine dealer visit
  • Payment collection and overdue control
  • Optimize product merchandising, window display and brand image in the shop.
  • Work with marketing team to propose and conduct seasonal theme promotion to enhance off-take, including exhibition coop, display merchandising, consumer and retailer promotion
  • Be responsible for routine and regular watch display and the merchandising.

2. Training

  • Retailer sales representatives training in all aspects of Brand, Product and selling skills in one-on-one sessions during daily outlet trade visit.
  • As a trainer for bi-yearly professional new product training for dealers.
  • Providing regular coaching and training to new sales representatives to enhance sales motivation and product knowledge
  • Up-date the marketing and promotional activities to dealers 

3. Reports

  • Provide market trend information to management team by closely monitor and analyze market sales and activity situation.
  • Feed back market dynamics and competitor information to management
  • Provide regular, weekly, monthly report to management
  • Assists in the brand development of sales and marketing plans as needed

4. Customer Relationship

  • Liaising with dealers to build up and maintain good relationship.
  • To resolve customer complaints regarding of brand issue and product.

Profile

  • College or above graduation. Major in Business related.
  • Communication skill. Well-organized and time management.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a team.

Professional requirements

  • College or above graduation. Major in Business related.
  • 5 years working experience in Sales or channel management related.
