Looking for a Store Manager ready to lead our new Tissot Boutique, inspire the team, and make an impact from day one
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth, oversee daily operations, and lead the sales team with a hands‑on, people‑first approach.
- Develop strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets through clientelling, exceptional service, events, partnerships, and traffic‑driving initiatives.
- Ensure a consistent, high‑quality in‑store experience aligned with brand standards.
- Think strategically and make decisions that elevate store performance.
- Prioritize, plan, delegate, and manage administrative tasks while adapting to evolving business needs.
- Maximize inventory efficiency and maintain strong cash‑control and loss‑prevention practices.
Profile
The ideal candidate should be an experienced retail sales manager with a strong focus on boosting sales, providing refined customer service and demonstrating strong customer skills.
Communicative person, results and customer service oriented and with attention to detail.
The experience within the watch industry and jewelry will be a plus.
Professional requirements
Flexibility is also needed to adapt the changes to Boutique needs.
Availability for shift work.
Intermediate level of informatics (Office).
Languages
Conversation level of English.
Knowledge in other language would be a plus.
