The role

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Officer to join the busy team at our Longines QVB Boutique. The main focus of this role is to be the key customer contact for all after sales services/repairs. This includes liaising with customers in regards to estimation management, the repair process and follow up. As a result, we require a candidate who is passionate about providing impeccable customer service and developing client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Meet & greet clients in line with Longines Boutique standards
  • Provide technical assistance to clients
  • Registration of services, clearly identifying service needs
  • Escalation Management
  • Collaborate with Workshop and Customer Service in order to be advised about eventual delays
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as repair registration & invoicing
  • Engage proactive customer follow up procedures advising clients of delays / updates
  • Daily reconciliation and reporting

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Providing personalised service: knowledge of providing special services to clients based on their needs
