Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design & develop brand training program to meet business needs and requirements
  • Prepare and implement training program including classroom training, onsite training & workshop to cover Coaching Skill, Selling Skill, Product Training, Service Quality training etc. Conduct orientation to the new joiners
  • Work with Operation team to ensure effective execution of training are conducted at store level.
  • Evaluate & review training effectiveness by using different approaches to check and update brand management regularly
  • Monitor & maintain annual training budgets and develop various training plans covering  retail & wholesale team   
  • Co-ordinate the reporting of all training administrations, localize training tools, update & maintain training records database & the library of training materials
  • To oversee the Travel Retail business in the Asia Pacific region, in accordance with brand strategies, company policies and within legal limitations, so as to achieve sales targets.

Profile

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or related discipline
  • At  least 6 years in-house training experience in luxury retail or customer service industry or retail operation experience
  • Good understanding for the luxury watch market and respective marketing approaches and techniques for travel retail sector
  • Possess experience in designing training programs and materials such as customer service, selling skills and coaching
  • A self-motivated team player with business awareness and enthusiasm
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office
  • Willing to travel within Asia Pacific region
