Sales Coordinator

Job description

  • In charge of sales forecast and reports including but limited to daily & monthly reports running in system (e.g. stock report, sales report, ranking report, or other special report requested by managers, domestic sales trend analysis report to managers and HQ.)
  • Special sales/orders daily urgent order key-in. Retailer’s sales return request handling.
  • Support Sales Managers deal with customer service cases, spare parts apply and order, credit note apply, exchange watch apply, and stock transfer requisition.
  • As a communication window among internal/external departments to follow up approval & execution process.
  • SAP sales/invoice status and serial numbers checking. Internal admin payment/expense process and filing.
  • Deputy of incoming shipment process, prepare invoice and relevant documents. Defective products follow up with CS dept.
  • Consolidate the shortage report of accessories (ex. Price tag, diamond certification, blank warranty card, booklet, packaging) from sales dept. and report to HQ monthly.
  • HQ and top management market visit itinerary planning and arrangement


  • Good Communication and Coordination skill.
  • Well-Organized. Detail-oriented & patient.

Professional requirements

  • 3~5 years working experience in related area
  • Good PC skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
