Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Retail Operations Manager in achieving efficient and effective retail network in managing 7-8 retails shops in Hong Kong.  
  • Enhance the development covering all existing and future boutiques as per Brand strategies and objectives
  • Ensure optimal Brand Image and qualitative customer services are well maintained among all boutiques
  • Facilitate sales strategies and marketing promotion to maximize overall store profitability
  • Revamp and propose new store operations standard & procedures (SOP); establish analysis reports in order to maximize operational efficiency and staff productivity
  • Propose commission / incentive scheme to boost sales and staff performance
  • Elevate customer experience through coaching and evaluation follow up
  • Fully support on stock management and make sure all shops keep an optimum inventory level
  • Lead event arrangement for roadshow and provide constructive feedback to Marketing department
  • Work closely with Human Resource Business Partner and Training Department on staff development and succession plan; identify training needs where necessary
  • Assist Retail Operations Manager in special retail projects / assignments i.e. CRM revamp

Profile

Requirements:

  • University graduate
  • Minimum 6 years’ retail experience with at least 3 years multistore experience in luxury product preferably in watch and jewelry industry
  • A good team player with excellent communication skill; able to work with diverse people
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good command of both written & spoken English and Mandarin
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office
