Job description

  • Stock replenishment for main warehouse and retail networks for Hong Kong and Macau such as deployment of POM / SRP tools, regular submissions as defined
  • Ensure brands carry optimized stock collection as defined, including Basel in-and-out item, which has to be reviewed and updated at least quarterly
  • Ensure key planning tools (e.g. POM/SRP/VMI) and related databases are abreast with harmonized parameters and calculations and stored systematically in desired format
  • Ensure data integrity and streamline information flow through solid database management and synchronization e.g. BI/OBS/SAP. Regular interaction with IT Business Analyst to find better ways on data extraction and consolidation
  • Deployment of reporting tool e.g. Business Intelligence/Analysis for office to prepare business analysis, business review and decision making
  • Track overdue PO, SO, in-transit, etc. moving data to ensure neat records in SAP through highlight report and regular review and planning with brands
  • Review & challenge unreasonable target stock / stock holding and bring up any issues spotted to minimize risk
  • Assist to compile Monthly Inventory Report & Logistic KPI
  • Participate in Inventory planning / optimization initiatives and projects


  • Degree in business discipline with at least 5 years’ experience in either inventory management, business or operation analysis
  • Strong database management skills and practical experience in handling large amount of data
  • High sensitivity in reading statistical report and be able to identify exceptions and tackle reasons behind in a given business environment
  • Must be self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently
  • Strong presentation skill
  • Familiar with SAP and spreadsheet preferable in high end consumer product / industry
