OMEGA Boutique Manager – Martin Place

The role

We are currently recruiting for a Boutique Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our OMEGA Boutique in Martin Place. This Boutique is one of the biggest and most glamorous in the world and incorporates a state of the art Customer Service area. This role has full responsibility for all staffing, sales, payroll, boutique inventory and costs management and a supervisory role in relation to Customer Service.
We are looking for a candidate who has extensive experience in managing a luxury retail store and who demonstrates strict operational excellence, is hands on in driving sales, takes pride in their store’s visual merchandising standards and has a coaching management style.


  • Drive sales within the boutique
  • Make sure the highest standards of customer service are upheld and maintained
  • Coaching and motivating the team
  • Work with OMEGA Sales and Marketing Team to develop and co-ordinate events
  • VIP database development and client relationship management
  • Daily reporting
  • Monitoring and managing all boutique inventory
  • Ensure visual merchandising is immaculate at all times and is expressing the correct message
  • Conduct orientation and regular training
  • Rostering
  • Deal with elevated clients and supporting team where necessary
  • Work as a supervisor for the Customer Service team
  • Conduct regular product, sales and customer service training for all team members

  • Extensive retail experience in the luxury sector
