We want YOU to give our customers an exceptional Swatch & Flik Flak experience during their visit to Swatch Stores.

As Store Manager you will play a lead role in leading, creating the right culture, developing and inspiring a team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Exciting Opportunity in Flagship Swatch Store located on Oxford Street, Fantastic opportunity to join an established and exciting Brand on the capitals busiest high street. People development and training are key principles for our teams at Swatch; and this Flagship store has great visibility and scope for progression joining an established, passionate and high performing team.


About You:

An inspirational leader with a passion for leading and developing a high performing engaged team

A proven track record in retail management (Minimum Store Manager/Assistant Manager)

Commercial Awareness and understanding of managing and growing KPIs

People, Sales and Customer focused bringing our Visions and Values to life

Professional requirements

Strong Retail Management Experience
Ability to analyse current performance and put actions in place to drive business objectives and meet targets
Create business strategies to attract new customer and retain existing, expand store traffic and enhance profitability
Deliver excellent service to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
Experience in high profile retail store environment
Exceptional people skills
Experience in People Management
Passion for the Brand and a Desire to Succeed
Jewelry and/or Watch experience is desirable
