Reporting to Head of Digital Consumer Experience and liaising with Sales department and local Brand and Marketing managers, the Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the digital campaigns at global level: from conception until execution and implementation. The Digital Marketing Manager should ensure the coordination of paid media, email marketing, analytics, social media and SEO activities run by colleagues toward a consistent and timely approach. The Digital Marketing Manager will lead a team of two employees and work in close collaboration with the Content Manager in building a coherent content production plan is expected in order to maximize the impact of the digital marketing activities. 

Your mission

Digital Campaigns

• Take global ownership of Digital Campaigns creation and execution across all regions
• Lead campaign activation, management and optimisation across multiple media channels in collaboration with direct channel owners
• Manage and optimise campaign creatives, content, landing pages, A/B testing, re-targeting
• Report, track and measure all activity in line with performance based KPIs and benchmarks
• Provide regular audits and analysis to improve the performance
• Work closely with marketing and sales team to ensure campaigns are aligned with business and marketing priorities
• Manage campaign budgets and communicate results in the right way and format
• Leverage on the results to build learnings and adapt campaign design and closely monitor a/b testing
• Share content performance learnings and revise strategies and tactics to increase leads and drive cost efficiencies
• Work closely with relevant regional teams to ensure localising campaigns and messages

Website content

• Make content updates to the website, including adding new landing pages and making content improvements, updating imagery and program information
• Ensure web content is relevant to users, contains suitable imagery and meets accepted best practices in usability, accessibility and website design
• Provide creative input on a project basis and hands-on support to migrate existing content to new CMS
• Work with SEO specialists to implement best practices across all site pages; meta descriptions, meta titles, image alt tags and URL naming conventions. Manage vanity URL implementation and ensure CMS folder structure is kept clean and up to date.
• Work with web development and product owner when needed to ensure CMS components are meeting our marketing needs

Social Media

• Develop content strategies with content manager and external agency to reach and engage our target audience across multiple social channels
• Manage the external agency to deliver according to the KPI ensuring a full ownership of the social media strategy
• Share trends in social media and wider digital landscape

Professional requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or related field
  • Proven experience (min. 3 years) and understanding of managing digital channels and platforms
  • Experience with content management systems and web applications (Drupal, Magento)
  • Experienced at producing in-depth analysis and reporting on business KPIs
  • Sound knowledge of web analytics tools (Google analytics or equivalent)
  • Excellent command of Powerpoint and Excel
  • Knowledge of E-commerce dynamics, digital marketing principles and tools
  • Sound understanding of digital consumer experience optimization
  • Attention for details and a very good sense of premium brand content
  • Passion for digital advertising and curiosity for new technology

Languages

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Good understanding of German or French a plus
