Brand Manager

Job description

  • Prepares the Sales / Marketing and communication plans for the country
  • Establishes sales / expense budgets for the division an responsible for achieving them in line with Swatch Group's policy for the country
  • Prepares the division's management reports as well as special report requested by Head Office
  • Responsible for the budget, balance sheet and income statement of the division
  • Sales of products and distribution development in line with Brand's defined policy for the country
  • Pricing of products according to the international pricing of Brand and in line with the defined Swatch Group's policy for the country
  • Adopts brand's marketing concept for the country
  • Local adaption of communication concept for the brand, in line with the brand's worldwide concept
  • Gives recommendations and consults with the brand Head Office about overall product, communication and distribution strategies

Profile

  • Any degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • 8 years of experience in Retail or FMCG business
  • Strong Sales & Marketing strategy with proven record for all channels including Duty Free
  • Experience in managing brand to identity business opportunities for business growth
  • Fluent in English and good computer literacy
  • Leadership skill with good attitude, result-oriented, hard-working and well team player
