Job description

  • Define brand strategy for Macau Market in line with Brand HQ and local management
  • Formulates and implements sales and distribution strategies
  • Plan and supervise the organization of marketing and communication events
  • Strengthens brand position control compliancy and consistency of visual merchandising at POS level
  • Responsible for identification of new locations for corporate stores
  • Ensures all the activities for new stores openings are fulfilled in line with time and cost of the Business Plan
  • Supervise the daily operations for corporate stores and act as a coach for the Store Managers
  • Provide input and arranges training for retailers & corporate stores
  • Develops and implements sales incentive programs to motivate maximum selling thru in POS
  • Closely monitor the inventory and the back log ensuring that the goods are ordered, shipped and delivered timely
  • In coordination with HR Division define organizational structure, hire quality people, coach and provide training where necessary
  • Responsible for the budget, P&L for the brand
  • Ensure to maintain a close customer relation helping the customer to stay loyal with the brand and develop CRM initiatives


  • 8 to 10 years of management position in retail industry
  • Deep market knowledge, good communication skills
  • Good project and people management skills
  • Good command to computer skills, especially in MS Office


  • Excellent in spoken & written English and Cantonese
