Job description

As Social Media and Influencer Marketing Leader, you will be part of the global Social Media team within Brand Communication. You will lead the charge in growing our Social Media presence through engaging content and influencer marketing strategies that drives brand awareness, engagement and conversions globally. You will support the Swatch Digital Marketing strategy to increase our customer's engagement by providing thought-leadership on best social media practices and next-generation digital trends.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Steer the content strategy, planning and execution of the Social Media ecosystem driving brand awareness, engagement and conversions globally through effective social media and influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Steer and execute the international Influencer strategy to increase brand awareness, commercial growth & brand equity.
  • Create digital concepts for Swatch brand campaigns, launches or events, in collaboration with advertising, Sport, PR, Club and Retail departments.
  • Devise and execute a plan to grow the audience and engagement across current key global platforms and keep Swatch ahead of the curve in platform choices and partnerships.
  • Be a steward of our brand voice, tone, and visual representation across channels, ensuring content is cohesive and on-brand.
  • Steer and execute the community management strategy to foster a positive, constructive, and communicative community that feels heard and appreciated.
  • Support markets with requests for local activations, content and influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of latest technologies, initiatives, influencers and trends to excite and serve the Swatch fans with valuable experiences.
  • Track performance results and produce campaign reports and learnings using social tools and analytics.
  • Align with internal and external business partners to ensure consistency in communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure all online activities follow current laws and ethical best practices.
  • Manage budgets and report on business impact/ROI.

Professional requirements

Besides your 3 to 5 years’ experience in agencies or online international retail companies, you bring experience in Digital marketing and social media platforms. You demonstrate proven experience developing contemporary, engaging social media content and influencer marketing campaigns.

You have a developed ability to collect, analyse, and use social data to inform decision-maker as well as to manage multiple projects involving coordination with various departments both internally and externally.

Languages

In addition, you possess excellent communications skills and are fluent in English(mandatory) German and/or French.
