To join the Digital Department of Longines, we are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual, eager to improve the Customer Experience and CRM. This job is full of variety and will give you the opportunity to help our brand in the planning, design, launching, and support of the CX/CRM activities. You will embrace change and think of new ways to improve our current processes. You will actively participate to the CX/CRM initiatives to support the daily challenges of Longines worldwide.

Description du poste

- Support team on implementing and optimizing CX strategies and ad-hoc digital projects
- Manage global email marketing campaigns and support markets' local initiatives
- Manage the CRM platform, train and support internal and external key users on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Assist team in identification of business requirements, coordinate tasks with interdepartmental tasks forces (marketing, sales, ecommerce, customer service and IT), markets and external partners ; and ensure the requirements are correctly implemented by the integrators
- Monitor CRM activities and ensure their compliancy
- Measure activations, automated journeys and campaigns effectiveness (e.g. CSAT, retention rate, order frequency, customer lifetime value, winning back customers...) and provide reporting to management
- Backup team members and follow-up on adminstrative tasks (budget, orders...)

Profil

You are Customer/Data-driven and apply an omnichannel approach
You have experience in maning email marketing campaigns and using ESP tools
You have experience in supporting the deployment of a 360° digital marketing campaign
You are capable of under taking basic CRM admin configuration
You are tech-/business-savvy, experience in retail/or e-commerce is a plus
You have proven track record in coordinating global CX/CRM initiatives in B2B/B2C environments
You have experience in business process design
You are able to keep tight deadlines and to coordinate with various internal and external business partners
You are a team player, self-motivated, working proactively and independently

Compétences requises

Bachelor degree in business administration or marketing, or equivalent from a leading institution
At least 2 years of experience in a multinational corporation, in the field of CRM Marketing & Sales
Knowledge of Salesforce Service & Marketing Cloud solutions mandatory, knowledge of Magento is a plus
Proven experience in project planning and coordination
