Description du poste

• Reports straight-line to the Head of Digital Services and dotted line to IT manager and advises on OMEGA’s digital strategy to build a strong foundation for business execution

• Leads the analysis of the current technology environment, legacy and technical debt, and recommends solutions for improvement
• Coaches, mentors and collaborates with technical subject matter experts and Enterprise Architect peers to develop technology architecture
• Defines high-level migration plans

• Understands technology trends and the practical application of existing, new and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models
• Supports the business, solution architects and teams across the organization, while also leveraging subject matter experts from any other needed technical area

Profil

• Degree in computer science, IT management, system analysis or comparable technology / engineering discipline
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience, preferably handling technology architecture roles in complex organization(s)
• Strong experience of deploying public, private and hybrid cloud technologies in complex environments with proven experience of various cloud migration strategies of existing workloads (e.g. re-platforming, re-deployment, lift & shift, X2V etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of: infrastructure and network design, public cloud platform (Azure), application development, servers and storage, database management and operations, clustering technologies, virtualization and active directory and protocols
• Solid understanding of product management, agile principles and development methodologies and capability of supporting agile teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debt
• Certification in a popular EA framework (e.g. TOGAF or Zachman) is an asset
• Fluent in English and French
• Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong planning and organizational skills
