We are looking for a VP Marketing Assistant for our Marketing Department.

In this role, your main tasks will be to:

Support to the VP Marketing

• Manage the VP's diary and appointments
• Organize business travel
• Handle and screen telephone calls and liaise with service providers and contacts
• Receive and follow up correspondence (draft e-mails/letters, respond to partnership requests)
• Draft minutes
• Manage and organize the filing of documents and files for the VP
• Perform all administrative tasks as instructed by the VP

Administrative coordination

• Design, organize and follow up administrative files and certain meetings
• Organize visits to Saint-Imier by partners and subsidiaries
• Organize departmental training courses for new employees
• Manage and organize filing of documents and files (computer network, Intranet/SharePoint)
• Coordinate administrative tools related to department management (attendance planning, mail management, material orders for the department, etc.)
• Handle various administrative tasks: correspondence, organization of internal events, etc.
• Delegate and supervise the tasks of the department trainee


You have a commercial and/or administrative degree or equivalent, ideally complemented by a federal diploma as an executive assistant
You have proven experience (3 - 5 years) in an executive secretariat
You have a good knowledge of the MS Office suite, SAP and the Adobe environment

You have a perfect command of French and English, both spoken and written
Knowledge of any other language is an asset
