Photolithography Maintenance Manager

Manage the Photolithography and Metrology maintenance group of technicians, machines and services in order to deliver stable, predicatable and improving performance of the machines whilst remaining with the bounadaries of time, resources and cost.

 

Responsibilities :

  • Optimise the equipment preventive maintenance programm with the aim of improving the stability and overall availability of the equipment ;
  • Maintain and update documentation on procedures and know how. Ensure know how is captured, documentend and shared by the routine use of internal quality systems ;
  • Perform regular equipment performance analysis and implement corrective actions and improvements to the equipment ;
  • Manage the team of photolithography and metrology maintenance technicians in terms of skills, training and development, behaviour, organisation and staffing of the shifts . Ensure a safe working environment, procedures and behaviour for the team ;
  • Manage the group of technicians to instil a positive environment of motivation, team working and commitment ;
  • Ensure clear, detailed, structured communication throughout the groupe and within the IC Frontend organistaion. Work in a cross-fucntional manner to achieve the optimal perfromance for the IC Frontend operation ;
  • Escalate issues internally and with suppliers to obtain the support necessary to resolve issues in a timely manner;
  • Track and plan spare parts and service contracts costs for the equipment group ; Provide technical input for the decision on new equipment acqusitions and manage the start-up and integration in the IC Frontend operation ;
  • Develop and maintain good realtionships with suppliers to ensure awareness of the most recent updates in terms of procedures, hardware, configuration and software. These relationships are critical to obtain support for escalated issues.

Profil

  • HES Engineering degree or equivalent
  • Min 5 years maintenance experience in photo-metro environment
  • Min 2 years experience in a managerial role
  • Experience in dealing and collaborating with external suppliers
  • Project Management experience
