Job description

We are looking for a Community Engagement Specialist for our Marketing Department.

Role Overview

As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in fostering an active and engaged online community for our brand.

Your responsibilities will include developing and executing community engagement strategies and actively speaking to the brand’s audience.

Your passion for Social Media and proactive approach to community trends will contribute to the overall success of our brand's online presence.

In this role, your main tasks will be to :

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies in alignment with the brand’s digital marketing strategy
• Write and review compelling content to engage with the brand's Social Media community
• Understand the communities and respond promptly to comments and questions, fostering positive interactions
• Develop and update Social Media guidelines and tone of voice aligned with the brand’s strategy
• Monitor and analyze Social Media interactions on all owned channels
• Evaluate performance and community engagement and provide regular reports
• Moderate online conversations in a positive and inspiring way
• Support local markets by delivering regular training sessions and offering translation support

Profile

You have a substantial experience in Community Engagement within a global environment
You have an exceptional copywriting and proofreading skills and particular attention to detail
You have a good understanding of social media listening tools, KPIs and metrics
You have a passion for communication

Professional requirements

Team player capable of thriving in a high-paced environment with numerous projects and quick turnarounds
Capable of coordinating multiple projects with various departments both internally and externally, displaying flexibility to re-prioritize when necessary
Adaptability to varied working hours and schedules

Languages

Native-level English skills required
Any other language is a plus
