The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Visual Merchandising standards across stores in Northern Italy area, ensuring a consistent representation of the brand identity while maximizing the commercial impact of product presentation.

The role will work closely with Retail, Store Management and Visual Merchandising teams, translating corporate guidelines into effective in-store execution, while adapting them to the specific characteristics and commercial needs of each location.

Key responsibilities

  • Implement Visual Merchandising guidelines and seasonal campaigns across stores within the assigned area.
  • Ensure compliance with brand identity, store layout, product presentation and window display standards.
  • Manage the setup of windows, displays, tables, wall presentations and promotional areas.
  • Support store teams with re-layouts, new collection launches, commercial campaigns and special projects.
  • Regularly monitor the quality of Visual Merchandising execution across stores and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze the commercial performance of product displays and propose solutions to improve product visibility, customer experience and sell-out.
  • Work closely with Store Managers to optimize product positioning and presentation according to the commercial needs of each store.
  • Conduct regular store visits across Northern Italy, preparing photographic reports and providing clear operational feedback and recommendations.
  • Ensure the correct implementation of POS/POP materials and in-store communication tools.
  • Support new store openings, refits and store relocations.
  • Collaborate with Retail, Marketing and Central Visual Merchandising teams to ensure consistent execution of initiatives.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends, identifying new merchandising solutions and best practices.
  • Manage, where applicable, Visual Merchandising materials, fixtures and tools required for store activities.

Condizioni professionali

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Merchandising or Store Operations, preferably within structured companies in the fashion, beauty, lifestyle or consumer goods sectors.
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and solid knowledge of Visual Merchandising principles.
  • Ability to interpret brand guidelines and translate them into effective in-store execution.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of retail dynamics.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently across a territory.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders, from Store Managers to corporate teams.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Northern Italy.

The position requires a strong presence across the territory and frequent travel to stores throughout Northern Italy, with a particular focus on major cities and key commercial areas within the assigned region.

C.C.N.L.: Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi. For this role we offer a gross annual salary between € 40,000 and € 45,000, determined by an assessment of previous experience and skills gained, in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement applied.
