DS-8 Lady 27 mm: Timeless Lady with perfect timing

The «Little Black Number» is considered an essential classic in every woman’s wardrobe. Stylish, but not too elegant, and simple without being boring, it has proven to be a versatile companion. The same can be said of the new version of the DS-8 Lady 27 mm: with black satin strap and a shining gold case, it always cuts a fine figure. An official COSC certificate confirms that the most recent model in Certina’s line of ladies’ watches also scores high with its unwavering precision.

The non-colour black is the declared favourite of the fashion scene. And it cuts a fine figure on the wrist as well: Certina presents the DS-8 Lady with its delicate 27 mm diameter, now with a black satin strap and mother-of-pearl dial. The refined mix of materials encounters a brilliant rose gold PVD case and colour-matched hands and index appliques. A discreet date display at 6 o’clock enhances the ensemble. Beating within this dark beauty is a chronometer-certified Precidrive™ quartz movement. Refined and shimmering, the satin strap is held in place by a butterfly clasp with two pushers. 

The new Ladies’ watch keeps good company. Two additional versions offer even more variety: a bicolour version in stainless steel with rose gold PVD coating and black mother-of-pearl dial, and a steel model with white mother-of-pearl dial and shimmering rose gold hands and indexes complete the current product range. All are exceptionally robust and reliable thanks to the Certina DS Concept of Double Security, which celebrates its 60th anniversary this year.
