Corporate responsibility

Taking responsibility for the protection of life, quality of life, health and safety, and the environment are among Swatch Group's fundamental concerns. The company endeavors to do the best it can in all areas and at all levels to live up to this responsibility. The Group's aim is to create value for its stakeholders, the environment and society as a whole. Environmental, ethical and social criteria have therefore always been an integral part of its corporate culture and its sourcing policy. The Executive Group Management Board, the Extended Group Management Board and the management of the units ensure on a daily basis that this culture of responsibility is implemented and that all employees at all levels sustain and practice this approach.
