Description du poste
Marketing Strategy
- Definition and development of the global marketing and communication strategy in line with the brand’s identity and business goals
- Planning and execution of 360° marketing campaigns supporting product launches and brand milestones
- Management of the global marketing budget at HQ, with efficient allocation of resources and alignment with strategic priorities
- Oversight, validation, and coordination of local marketing strategies and budgets across affiliates and international agents. Strategic guidance, operational support, and performance monitoring to ensure consistency and impact worldwide
Strategic Partnerships & Sponsorships
- Identification, negotiation, and development of strategic partnerships and sponsorships aligned with brand positioning and communication objectives
- Creation and implementation of integrated communication concepts tailored to each partnership to maximize brand visibility and storytelling
- Contract negotiation and implementation in collaboration with the legal department
Communication
- Development and evolution of corporate identity and design (CI/CD), ensuring consistent brand expression across all touchpoints
- Supervisor of creative processes and content production with agencies, including shootings and campaign asset development
- Review and approval of marketing materials from affiliates and agents to ensure brand consistency and quality standards
- Coordination and distribution of the monthly global B2B marketing newsletter
Team Leadership
- Leadership of the HQ marketing team including project supervision and cross-functional coordination
- Provision of coaching, strategic direction, and performance development for individual and team growth
-Management of HR-related tasks such as recruitment, evaluations and interviews, and administrative tasks
