Our Head of Communication supports the VP Marketing in defining and executing the communications strategy for the brand and in deploying guidelines to the markets. He or she will manage the communication team at headquarters and guide the marketing teams in the markets. He or she will ensure a consistent brand expression globally.
Key responsibilities
Communication
- Participate in the development of the global communication strategy of the brand in collaboration with the management.
- Drive the development and management of advertisement campaigns and manage agencies and budgets.
- Manage the production of digital and print assets to support the media, social media, PR and sales strategies.
- Define, create, manage, and deploy the corporate identity guidelines and ensure consistent application
- Ensure timely development and production of the usual communication tools and material, such as the catalogue, branded stationery, invitation cards, etc….
- Define and execute the 360 communication campaigns to support product launches and celebrate key moments of the year, including digital, print and POS material.
Media
- Define the global media strategy, budget and plan across all channels and ensure its implementation in the markets.
- Manage the media buying at HQ and oversee media buying in the markets, ensuring budget control
- Develop relationships with key media, and identify new partnership opportunities in close collaboration with our head of PR
Web
- Manage the brand communication on the website
- Ensure the ongoing development of the brand website
- Manages the relationship with the agencies and the defined budget.
Social
- Oversee the brand social media strategy and manage the corporate accounts at HQ and in the markets.
- Oversee the social media advertising strategy and execution
People
- Lead and manage the HQ communication team, ensuring planning and coordination across teams and projects.
- Lead and guide brand managers and marketing professionals in the markets.
Analytics
- Monitor and report return on investment for all media and advertising spend
Profil
Experience and competencies
- Strong marketing experience preferably in the luxury sector, with budget responsibility
- Experience in the watch and jewelry industry
- Proficient user of graphic creation tools and early adopter of AI powered tools
- Hands-on personality and keen to dive into operational matters
- Leadership and team management experience
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work internationally
- Attention to detail
- Languages: English and French required
