For our division Asulab, we are looking for a

Quality Engineer

Who will ensure that organizational processes and SG R&D quality system comply with the requirements of ISO9001 standards, as well as Swatch Group’s regulatory and relevant environmental directives.

Description du poste

  • Support audit process risk assessment, to early identify potential weaknesses in the quality system and prioritize the audits.
  • Perform internal audits: audit plan preparation according to the audit program, audit execution and final audit reports.
  • Review and validate the corrective and preventive actions defined for the resolution of the findings.
  • Follow-up of the corrective actions until verification of effectiveness before closure.
  •  Consolidate and report main system gaps and opportunities to management. Propose and drive or actively support continuous improvement activities.
  • Actively contribute to management review report, project reviews and performance reviews.
  • Ensure Quality metrics (KPIs) are up to date, contribute to the definition of continuous improvement projects for QMS and drive it with organization support.
  •  Ensure that the practices, processes, and procedures of the organization conform to the internal and external requirements.
  •  Actively contribute to the supplier’s evaluation, selection, monitoring, and re-evaluation process. Organize the quality side of activities in case of supplier’s audits or continuous improvement needed.
  • Develop and deploy training for QMS and quality culture.

Profil

  • Engineering master’s degree.
  • Experience in Quality Management System is a clear advantage.

Compétences requises

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent knowledge of ISO 9001 or highly motivated employee willing to learn (a formal training will be ensured).
  • Listening, communication and presentation skills are required, as well as the ability to effectively work with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Sound knowledge of product / process development processes as well as production environment.
  • Project management skills.

Langues

  • French and English.
  • German is an asset.
