SENIOR IT BUYER (100%)

In this role, you will manage the complete IT spend and support & advices our IT managers as a Procurement Specialist, helping them with their IT challenges. Your mission? Build a great work environment, solve challenges with professionalism, and contribute to our journey of becoming a World Class Procurement organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creation of Sourcing Strategies for our Key IT categories
  • Lead/organize negotiation teams; define negotiation roadmaps
  • Support the IT vendor (supplier) relationship management
  • Coordination between Group IT, SG companies, SG Legal department, SG Controlling department, SG Procurement department and IT-suppliers

Profil

Your Background:

  • Degree in Procurement with over 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You are a natural networker, collaborate efficiently with everybody and you build a trustful relationship at all levels and be regarded as a trusted partner.
  • You have a strong experience in creating sourcing strategies and executing negotiations IT suppliers.
  • You have an excellent consultative and client service skill with the ability to effectively influence and manage key relationships.
  • Autonomous and self-motivated, with initiative and an ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
  • You are curious as well as highly organized: You have a very structured way of working, being able to prioritize a variety of complex tasks and to complete them diligently.
