THE JOB

We are looking for a Global E-Commerce Coordinator to join our global Digital Business team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, as maternity leave cover.

In this position, you will report to our Global E-Commerce Manager and be responsible for supporting the execution of corporate e-commerce projects and ensuring smooth coordination between various teams. You will help drive the company’s digital growth by supporting project execution, enhancing our digital presence across wholesale partners, and ensuring that e-commerce operations run seamlessly. Key responsibilities & missions but not limited to:

Corporate E-commerce Operations & Project coordination:

  • Coordinate and execute e-commerce tasks within Adobe Commerce, ensuring timely and accurate updates. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: troubleshooting sales order management, maintaining systems, updating pricing, creating product detail pages (PDP), collaborating with external stakeholders on product descriptions as per the product roadmap, coordinating feature updates, managing translations and data updates, supporting markets, and providing training. Additionally, ensure continuity in e-commerce actions in case of absence.
  • Create & maintain support documentation, highlighting best practices for our upcoming new ecommerce platform.
  • Support and assist with the optimization of end goals on the website: Store locator update, Check and Reserve updates, Mall Clicks updates. Be the point of contact of international markets requests.
  • Help improve and optimize customer experience on the corporate website.
  • Work closely with the Global E-Commerce Manager on the local e-merchandising strategy, e-commerce projects, roadmap and growth opportunities.

Marketplace & 3rd party retailers’ coordination:

  • Maintain marketplaces & digital marketing activities in collaboration with the local teams and agencies (Amazon, Rakuten, Naver, JD, Tmall, Onliners).
  • Ensure smooth operation of third-party marketplaces, ensuring product listings are consistent and optimized.

Special project Strap:

  • With the support of the Global Ecommerce Manager, develop and coordinate the way we sell strap online in collaboration with all internal départements involved.
  • Track and evaluate the evolution of cross selling and identify new opportunities.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Academic degree in Marketing, Sales, Digital or business administration
  • A first e-commerce experience and managing on-line retail business is a plus
  • Digital native and passionate about e-commerce
  • Interest in project coordination (planning, follow-up of tasks and budget, etc.)
  • Knowledge of e-commerce technical environment
  • At ease with numbers
  • Ability to communicate technical information to a variety of stakeholders
  • Team player with good human relationship skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated and results driven
  • Hands-on and not afraid to solve complex problems
  • A meticulous approach
  • Mother tongue French or German with good knowledge of the other language
  • Proficient in English
  • Knowledge and understanding of the digital environment, in particular Magento is a plus
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
