Biel (Schweiz), 11. Mai 2021 - Die ordentliche Generalversammlung der Aktionärinnen und Aktionäre hat gemäss Art. 12 ff. der Statuten und Art. 27 der Verordnung 3 über Massnahmen zur Bekämpfung des Coronavirus (Covid-19) am Dienstag, den 11. Mai 2021, um 10:00 Uhr, in Biel, Schweiz, stattgefunden. Alle an der ordentlichen Generalversammlung der Aktionäre vom Verwaltungsrat gestellten Anträge wurden von der Generalversammlung mit grossem Mehr angenommen.
