Job description

  • Responsible for all e-commerce campaign planning and submission.
  • Key person to liaise with the HQ e-commerce Manager.
  • Manage e-commerce business by providing insights and current trend to improve the conversion rate.
  • Manage Market Place business and liaise with the partner.
  • Understand customer purchasing behaviour using web analytical tools.
  • Manage payment security and approve customer purchase.
  • Forecast and plan for upcoming stock inbound based on the sales and campaign.
  • Propose and execute the marketing plan for e-commerce business. Evaluating and monitoring the market situation, providing feedback to local marketing managers for initiating appropriate strategy or activating any necessary changes.
  • Liaise closely with the relevant Department in working out and monitoring the strategies like market coverage, sales advertising and promotion as well as submitting daily/weekly/monthly progressive reports of sales performance etc.
  • Support and maintain all e-retailers operations.

 

Profile

  • 1-3 years of work experience in online marketing / e-commerce
  • Local knowledge of country digital ecosystem
  • Content Management System (CMS), SEA, SEO, Google analytics
  • Able to manage online store

Professional requirements

  • Degree holder in Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience required.
