Professional trainers help you to successfully complete your apprenticeship.

Performance-based salary
Receive a monthly performance-based salary of up to 50 per cent of your base salary* and a monthly contribution towards your health insurance premium.

Financial support
The host company pays 80% of the cost of your textbooks and, depending on the apprenticeship, your personal tools.
Six to seven weeks holiday
Enjoy seven weeks’ holiday in the first year of your apprenticeship and six weeks from the second year.
Mobility within the Swatch Group
Depending on the apprenticeship, you will be given the opportunity to expand your knowledge in other Swatch Group companies in Switzerland or abroad.
Post-apprenticeship prospects
