We are looking for an International Communications Coordinator for our Marketing Department.

Role Overview

The International Communications Coordinator is a key support function within the Communications & Brand Ambassadors team. Acting as the backbone of the team, this role ensures smooth operations, structured follow-up, and efficient coordination across various communication-related tasks.

Beyond handling day-to-day activities, this role is instrumental in keeping an overview of the department’s responsibilities, ensuring seamless organization, and acting as a reliable sparring partner for the team. While there is room for growth and independent project management, the primary focus is to provide structured support and drive operational excellence.

In this position, your main tasks will be to :

• Providing essential organizational support to the communications team
• Coordinating and managing incoming requests for press materials, information, and media-related queries from internal and external stakeholders
• Structuring and overseeing key operational processes, ensuring smooth workflow and timely follow-up
• Supporting media monitoring and reporting
• Managing and maintaining the Longines Press Center (Media Center)
• Serve as the primary point of contact for organizing and coordinating visits in collaboration with local markets
• Ensuring effective coordination and oversight of all press and VIP visits at the HQ in St-Imier

Daily Operations & Organizational Management

• Validate PR stock collection requests
• Manage and process inquiries via the PR email inbox
• Coordinate the annual retrospective project
• Handle administrative requests from internal departments, subsidiaries, and media partners
• Track and manage orders related to communication activities
• Follow up on interviews and maintain an organized inventory of media content creation
• Oversee and manage national and international shipments (watches, mail, etc.)
• Provide support for activities related to Brand Ambassadors
• Address miscellaneous department requests and needs

Profil

Commercial diploma with a Business Maturity certificate
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
