About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join the brand Longines. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and create a mesmerizing memory with our customers in their journey with Longines.
What You'll Be Doing
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our watch brands and their unique features
- Guide customers through the selection process to help them find the perfect timepiece
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain the store's visual merchandising and ensure it remains clean and inviting
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Participate in product training to continuously develop your product knowledge
Profile
- Previous experience in retail sales
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide a personalised shopping experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for watches and the ability to learn about our premium brands
- A positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude

- Possess a recognized educational qualification or certificate appropriate to the position.
