About the role

Blancpain, the world’s oldest watchmaking brand, is seeking passionate and driven Sales Consultants to become an integral part of their timeless story. This is more than a sales role — it’s an invitation to immerse yourself in the art of haute horlogerie and connect clients with the heritage of fine Swiss watchmaking.

 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our watch brands and their unique features
  • Guide customers through the selection process to help them find the perfect timepiece
  • A proactive, client-focused mindset with a flair for creating memorable moments
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique remains clean, organized, and inviting.
  • Collaborate with the Boutique Manager to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Participate in product training to continuously develop your product knowledge

 

Profile

  • Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the luxury goods or fashion industry
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide a personalised shopping experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for watches and the ability to learn about our premium brands
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude

 

Professional requirements

  • Possess a recognized educational qualification or certificate appropriate to the position
  • Good computer literacy skills
