About the role

Longines, the iconic Swiss watchmaker known for its elegance, tradition, and performance, is looking for a passionate Sales Consultant to join their team.

You be the face of Longines, delivering outstanding customer service and creating unforgettable moments for our clients. From the first greeting to the final purchase, you will guide customers through their journey with Longines, ensuring each interaction reflects the brand’s heritage and sophistication.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our watch brands and their unique features
  • Guide customers through the selection process to help them find the perfect timepiece
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain the store's visual merchandising and ensure it remains clean and inviting
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Participate in product training to continuously develop your product knowledge

Profile

  • Previous experience in retail sales
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide a personalised shopping experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for watches and the ability to learn about our premium brands
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude

Professional requirements

  • Possess a recognized educational qualification or certificate appropriate to the position
  • Good computer literacy skills
