Job Description:

The Flik Flak Manager is responsible for the daily management of the Flik Flak brand activities including sales, budgeting, inventory management, marketing, visual merchandising, events and training for all markets. 

Profile

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the distribution the Flik Flak brand in accordance with the brand strategy
  • Manage the territory in an effective manner including selling activities, stock management, merchandising, account servicing and marketing activities
  • Controls implementation of Marketing budgets and plans, and reports on variances.
  • Prepares, updates and circulates Marketing and Training documentation.
  • Organizes promotional material.
  • Prepares new products introductions.
  • Keeps a record of customers’ POS material needs, and Visuals.
  • Provide solutions to meet customers' needs
  • Explore, develop and implement changes to increase in-store visibility and sell-through (including training and case space negotiation)
  • Propose promotional events in conjunction with management
  • Complete forecasts, sales analysis and other relevant reports
  • Think strategically and understand the business.

Professional requirements

Qualifications:

  • 5 years’ experience in an account management or brand management role
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in jewelry and watches experience is preferred
  • Excellent with MS Office, Excel in particular
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail in maintaining required records and reports.
  • Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
  • Must be able to adhere to deadlines and respond to inquiries within a require time frame
  • The ability to work well with all levels of management and staff
  • Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities
  • Ability to deal with conflict and able to influence across functional lines
  • Ability to travel up to 75% , (domestic and international).
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Business, marketing, communications or public relations concentration preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.  Masters or MBA is a plus.
