The Role
Tissot is excited to announce the upcoming opening of a brand-new boutique in Westfield Sydney! We’re looking for a driven, professional, and experienced Store Manager to lead this exciting venture. Reporting directly to the Tissot Brand Manager, this role is key to representing the Tissot brand and driving its presence in the Sydney market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and inspire the team to achieve sales targets
- Ensure smooth running of the day-to-day store operations and team performance
- Coach employees on KPI's on a weekly basis
- Regular sales and operational reporting
- Update rosters and scheduling of the workforce throughout the store
- Support recruitment processes, interviews, and ensure smooth on-boarding of new employees
- Stay up to date with Tissot E-learning platform
- Conduct regular sales and product training to coach and develop the team
- Uphold all company and brand policies and procedures
- Ensure the visual merchandising guidelines are adhered to
- Oversee inventory management and stock procedures
- Handle elevated customer complaints
- Conduct formal performance appraisals and provide ongoing feedback
- Uphold the highest level of professionalism and customer service
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years retail experience in a premium sector preferred
- Previous experience in retail management
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration preferred
- Highly developed and proven customer service skills
- Strong computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Energy, drive and enthusiasm
