Job description
As National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and advising sales and distribution strategies, ensure efficient collection management at POS, developing business growth, and strengthening client relationships across the Norwegian market. Working closely with the Account Manager and marketing, your efforts will directly impact brand visibility, in-store performance, and revenue across wholesale and retail channels.
Market & Distribution

Implementing, assessing and coordinating business development and wholesale distribution strategies in line with corporate objectives.

Strengthening brand awareness through strategic partnerships and client growth.

Boosting in-store visibility and sell-through with initiatives including training and merchandising negotiations.

Collaborating with marketing to leverage all POS opportunities.
Sales & Client Relations

Meeting and exceeding sell-out & sell-in targets across all distribution channels.

Promoting new collections and ensure effective product delivery at POS.

Growing and maintaining relationships with existing clients while identifying and onboarding new prospects.

Optimizing stock rotation & stock coverage and ensuring successful implementation of the core collection.

Planning and delivering engaging training sessions to retail staff and external partners.

Conducting regular store visits and following up with detailed reports.

Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to HQ.

Conduct Distribution and product performance analysis.
Profile
-
3–5 years of successful sales experience, ideally in the Watch industry.

Proactive, autonomous, and results-driven with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Highly organized, analytical, and confident working with both data and people.

Comfortable with frequent travel (over 50%) and flexible with working hours, including occasional weekends.

Fluent in Norwegian and English. Additional languages are a plus.

The ideal candidate should possess good proficiency in Excel and a working knowledge of SAP.
