Job description
Reporting to the Head of Communication, your role is to assist, coordinate or lead various projects within the communication department.
Key responsibilities
- Consumer Catalogue: project lead of the yearly edition, in straight collaboration with the graphic designer and the product team
- Sales & Marketing Guidelines: project lead of the yearly update, connecting with the relevant internal HQ stakeholders and delivering the content to the graphic designer.
- Other guidelines: develop and update regularly the Rado Brand Presentation with the respective teams
Events
- Managing event requests from the markets on events@rado.com
- Coordinate with country organizations and oversee events by reviewing ideas, plans, and budgets, while providing guidance and recommendations to local teams.
- Coordinate ambassador appearances, interactions, and content creation (photos, videos, social media posts) during events
- Ensure on-site event coordination for a smooth execution of event timelines, guest experiences, and ambassador engagements.
- Ensure that all aspects of the ambassador's appearance are in line with the contract terms and meet the ambassador’s expectations, maintaining consistency and professionalism throughout the event.
- Monitor and report on event impact, including audience engagement, media coverage, and brand sentiment.
- Ensure event budget is respected

Professional requirements
- Commercial apprenticeship
- Experience in marketing and/or similar field
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office Tools
Languages
- Native French or German
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English, other languages are an asset
