Job description

As the Sales & Administration Coordinator for TISSOT Canada, you will report directly to the Brand Manager and play a key role in supporting the brand’s sales operations and marketing execution across the Canadian market. You will be responsible for coordinating inventory, managing administrative processes, and supporting sales and customer service functions. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities include:

Sales & Inventory Coordination

  • Manage SKU setup, pricing updates, and product hierarchy in alignment with HQ standards.
  • Oversee order processing, including wholesale, consignment, incentive, and employee purchases.
  • Coordinate inventory replenishment, transfers, returns, and adjustments using SAP.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels and shipping activity; prepare weekly sales and inventory reports.

Customer & Retailer Support

  • Serve as a liaison for retailers and customers, resolving logistics issues and responding to inquiries in English and French.
  • Support the sales team with account setup, documentation, and large order coordination.
  • Provide backup support for sales coordinators and assist with after-sales service documentation.

Administrative & Reporting Duties

  • Maintain accurate records of POS materials and ensure SAP data integrity.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting on billing, credits, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and assist with internal audits and inventory counts as needed.

Miscellaneous

  • Perform additional administrative duties as required.

Working Conditions:

This role is primarily office-based with occasional travel. Moderate physical effort is required. This position has a low risk of injury but involves lifting, pushing, pulling, and holding boxes and store fixtures (up to 35 lbs or more with support). Significant focus is required when completing reports and preparing materials for presentations.

Employment Status:

Full-Time: 40 hours per week on average. Must maintain open availability to meet business needs, including occasional travel and extended hours during key campaigns or events.

Professional requirements

  • College diploma or university degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in order processing or sales support in a retail or wholesale environment.
  • 2 years of after-sales customer care experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SAP (highly desirable).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Bilingual communication skills (English and French) are an asset.
