Job description
As Boutique Manager, you will demonstrate exceptional sales leadership by managing and coaching your team to build strong client relationships and achieve outstanding results. You will provide regular feedback to support your team’s personal and professional growth, ensuring that every team member clearly understands their targets and expectations.
In the area of client and business development, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and implementing strategic actions tailored to the boutique’s goals. Collaborating with the OMEGA marketing team, you will help identify growth opportunities through boutique events and brand activities. By fostering a client-centric and service-oriented mindset within your team, you will ensure the highest level of customer experience.
From an operational perspective, you will monitor all boutique operations, working in close partnership with the OMEGA Brand Manager to ensure that policies, standards, and procedures are clearly communicated, understood, and implemented. Finally, you will manage monthly time attendance and payroll reporting to maintain smooth administrative operations.
Professional requirements
- Extensive Boutique and People management experience in the luxury goods sector. (Minimum 3 Years).
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Outstanding sense of client service, sense of initiative and commercial creativity
- Strong knowledge of the watch industry, trends and trade news
- Experience in managing VIC client events
- Proactive & self-motivated with the ability to prioritize
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Organized and rigorous
- Administrative skills, proficient in Microsoft Office.
Languages
Fluent in English and preferably Danish.
