Breguet, a name synonymous with innovation, elegance, and horological mastery, is seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Consultant to join their boutique team.

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Provide excellent client experience and timely, pertinent follow-up for both prospective clients and owners (Customer service) in order to achieve the sales targets.
  • Propose clients for, and participate in, local activation events in line with the Brand Universe.
  • Support colleagues in their sales by helping to prepare invoices, gifts, packaging, etc.
  • Ensure requests and enquiries (online, email, phone) are followed up in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of sales technique and watchmaking savoir-faire knowledge.
  • Actively participate in the proper maintenance of the boutique: product displays, props set-up, etc.
  • Understand and respect all operating and security guidelines.
  • Follow the security and proper maintenance of stock timepieces.

Profile

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end customer service is preferred.
  • Team-oriented mindset, with a collaborative and positive attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Goal-driven with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning.
  • Passion for prestige watches, fine craftsmanship, and brand heritage.

Professional requirements

  • Possess a recognized educational qualification or certificate appropriate to the position
  • Good computer literacy skills
