Job description
We are seeking a people orientated part time candidate who has a strong retail sales background and possess exceptional customer service skills. Candidate should also have the ability to meet or exceed sales objectives and possess a strong desire to learn about our timepieces and looking to become an essential member of our team.

- Utilize our expansive training techniques to engage, inform and retain a gratified and loyal client base
- Provide a unique and special experience to all clients
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Assist team members in sales process as per established boutique protocols
- Develop existing client base and reach new prospects through networking and outreach
- Provide the highest level of client service through personalized contact in product maintenance
- Maintain and grow existing clients; keep records of milestones and client’s tastes and goals for future purchases
Professional requirements
- 1-5 years of retail experience, preferably in the timepiece or fine jewelry field
- Impressive selling capabilities and notable customer service skills
- Elevated ability to communicate effectively both written and orally
- Robust adaptability to learn the technical aspects of our company collection of timepieces
- Talented negotiation prowess
- Passion for the art of selling
- Must be able to work flexible schedule throughout the week
- MS Office experience is highly desirable
Hourly Rate: $14.00hr - $19.00hr. Commission is also part of the pay structure.
