Job description
We are looking for an International Social Media Specialist - CDD 8 months for our Marketing Department.
Role Overview
As International Social Media Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Longines’s global Social Media strategy.
Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will oversee and drive the development of Social Media channels to align with the brand's digital marketing objectives.
Your responsibilities include defining global Social Media guidelines, managing content, and investments across various platforms.
The role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital trends, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to inspire teams globally.
In this role, your main tasks will be to :
• Participate in shaping the global Social Media strategy and guidelines, overseeing content and investments across multiple platforms
• Manage the social media ecosystem and channels worldwide
• Create and coordinate editorial calendars aligned with the digital communication plan
• Deliver innovative Social Media concepts and activations for the brand’s community
• Oversee day-to-day social media activities, including content sourcing, campaign execution, and performance analysis
• Manage the Social Media budget, optimizing digital investments based defined goals
• Plan and execute paid Social Media campaigns at a global scale
• Collaborate with internal teams and local markets on planning, budget allocation, messaging, and localization
• Work with social media listening tools to monitor online conversations and identify relevant trends
Profile
Experience in agencies or in online retail (fashion, watches, or FMCG) in a similar position
Experience in managing a paid media budget
Passion for storytelling and creating engaging Social Media content
Good understanding of social media listening tools, KPIs and metrics
Extensive knowledge and understanding of technology and digital trends
Professional requirements
Positive and highly creative personality
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with great attention to detail
Team player capable of thriving in a high-paced environment with numerous projects and quick turnarounds
Languages
Fluent in English (mandatory), both spoken and written
Proficiency in French or German is a plus
