IT Support Field Agent 100%
Job description
- Provide first and second level IT support to employees at headquarters
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate support level
- Troubleshooting owned incidents and applying corrective actions
- Manage tickets and service requests using the incident management system
- Install, maintain, and decommission hardware and software
- Ensure availability and maintenance of the local IT infrastructure
- Create and maintain user documentation, manuals, and training materials
- Restore service quality in a timely and efficient manner
Your profile
- Federal diploma in IT or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in an equivalent function
- Solid knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and network technologies
- Familiar with ITIL principles
- Service-minded IT generalist with a structured and proactive working style
- Native French or German speaker with very good command of the other language; strong English skills (spoken and written)
- Team-oriented, resilient, and able to work independently
- Strong priority and time management skills and committed to continuous learning
